Representative Director, President and CEO

Tsuyoshi Ohmura

After working in sales at a business company, Mr. Ohmura established Dgloss Co., Ltd. in 2009 and became the representative director and president. In the midst of the financial crisis caused by the Lehman Shock, many companies were going bankrupt. In order to contribute to the sales results of many companies, He launched Dgloss Co., Ltd. as a BtoB specialized sales agency. He have provided sales agency services for over 1,600 companies and have accumulated a wealth of knowledge. He have independently established a system for results-based sales support, which is what our client companies are looking for. Currently, Dgloss is the top company in the industry for results-based sales agency services (according to Tokyo Shoko Research, 2023) in terms of annual project numbers and annual appointment acquisition numbers. Mr. Ohmura has been driving Dgloss' annual sales growth of 20-30%.

In 2020, a new CRM business was established for existing customers of major telecommunication carriers by Mr. Ohmura. It grew into a 500 million yen business in just 2 years.

In 2024, Mr. Ohmura acquired Seventeen, a company that specializes in improving sales motivation, and expand his SaaS business. Through new product development, he aim to fully automate sales using the cloud and are currently expanding his business at Dgloss.

Director and Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Takeshi Ishii

At the age of 20, Mr. Ishii started his own business and executed equity financing through seed funding. Over the course of 10 years, He served as the CEO of various business and consulting companies, successfully leading their management and achieving a profitable exit from their stocks.

His skills are listed below: The specialized areas of consulting include strategic planning, building sales organizations, designing personnel systems, constructing management accounting based on business models, FAS, planning and executing new businesses, building PMF mechanisms, and ROI management, among others.

In addition, Mr. Ishii has been responsible for business growth, launching new businesses, and leading turnarounds and M&A activities at multiple listed companies, including in the field of telecommunications. He has consistently implemented strategies and hands-on business promotion, leading structural business growth.

In 2024, Mr. Ishii joined Dgloss Co., Ltd. and serve as the executive in charge of all operations, overseeing both existing and new businesses.

Makoto Hiraki

After working for a Taisei Construction Group company, Mr. Hiraki joined Excite Corporation in 1999. At this company, which launched internet businesses such as search engines, auction sites, and blogs during the early days of the internet, He supported the growth of the company as a financial manager.

In 2005, Mr. Hiraki joined Link Theory Holdings Co., Ltd. as the head of accounting. He was responsible for promoting the disclosure of systems and the implementation of JSOX as a listed company.

In 2014, Mr. Hiraki joined the real estate company Vortex. As the head of business planning, he oversaw the company's first overseas expansion into the United States and China, as well as the development of new businesses such as construction, rental guarantee, and human resources. He also led M&A efforts and spearheaded the company's entry into office brokerage through the web. These efforts helped the company's revenue grow from the 10 billion yen range to the 80 billion yen range.

In 2022, Mr. Hiraki joined Dgloss Co., Ltd. as the CFO. He successfully executed the company's first M&A, the acquisition of "Sales Performer," and led the expansion into the cloud business. He is supporting Dgloss' business growth.

Advisor

Hidetsugu Onishi

Mr. Onishi graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Tokyo, and obtained an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.

At Fuji Bank (currently Mizuho Bank), after returning from a foreign assignment, he arranged the first LBO-type MBO (Management Buyout) in Japan.

Afterwards, he became a director and CFO of Link Theory Holdings Co. Ltd. (“LTH”) and achieved the company's listing on the Mothers section of Tokyo Stock Exchange.

After LTH became a 100% subsidiary of Fast Retailing Co., Ltd. (“FR”), he became CFO at FR and promoted the realization of its global strategy.

In 2011, he founded Avergence Inc., a management consulting company, and became its CEO. In 2019, he launched the online salon "CLUB RIGHTHAND" as a new venture of Avergence.

In parallel with his business career, until 2011 he was a visiting professor at the MBA Program of Chuo University Graduate School, where he co-taught the course "M&A and Governance."

Currently, he serves as an external director or advisor for several public companies and venture companies aiming for IPO, and serves as a council member of a public interest incorporated foundation supporting college students. He is also involving in supporting activities for Japanese creators.

Tsutomu Horiuchi

Professor at the Tama Graduate School of Business and Director of the Center for Sustainability Management at Tama University. He also serves as Director of the 100-Year Corporate Strategy Research Institute, Director of the Asia Society Japan Center, Trustee of the Japan Social Innovation and Investment Foundation (SIIF), Director of the Kawamura Arts and Cultural Foundation, and Executive Chairman and Director of Vortex Co., Ltd. He is a member of several organizations, including the Japan Association of Corporate Executives and the New York Bar Association.

Mr. Horiuchi was the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Executive Managing Officer of Mori Building Co., Ltd. from 2007 to 2015. Previously, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Mori Building Investment Management Co., Ltd., where he led the creation of Mori Hills REIT in 2006. Before joining Mori Building, he worked for Goldman Sachs Japan as Vice President of the Legal & Capital Markets Department, following an extensive career at the Industrial Bank of Japan group (current Mizuho Financial Group).

Mr. Horiuchi graduated from the University of Tokyo, Faculty of Law, in 1984, and received an LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School in 1988. He successfully completed the Real Estate Executive Management Program at Harvard Business School and the Executive Management Program at the University of Tokyo.
