   We respond promptly, sincerely, and appropriately to complaints and consultations concerning the handling of personal information.
5. Continuous Improvement of the Personal Information Protection Management System
   In light of changes in our operating environment, we review our management system for the appropriate protection of personal information in a timely and suitable manner and promote its continuous improvement.
